It is really unfortunate that you wish to cancel your service with us. If you were having any issues with your service our support is available 24/7 to assist you. We're always looking for ways to improve our services and we'd very much appreciate if you could let us know why you wish to cancel in either you cancelation request or in a new support ticket.
To cancel your services, please follow these steps:
Login to your client area at: https://anvilnode.com/client/clientarea.php
- Click on Services -> My Services.
- Select the service that you'd like to cancel.
- Click 'Request Cancellation' under the 'Actions' left sidebar menu.
- Enter the reason why you'd like to cancel your service in the text box.
- To send your cancelation request click 'Request Cancelation'.
Once you have submitted your cancelation request, you will receive an email with the subject "Cancelation Request Confirmation". After you have received this you will no longer be invoiced for this service. If you wanted a refund along with your cancelation, please review our Refund Policy. Then add on your reason for cancelation stating why you would like a refund. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Reminder: If you have a PayPal subscription/automatic payment setup, make sure you cancel this through the PayPal website directly. We have a knowledgebase article that can assist with this: How to Cancel Automatic Payments with PayPal
Please keep in mind that once your service has been canceled, all data related to the service will be erased. Cancelation requests are automatically handled by our system, if you'd like to revoke your cancelation request you will need to inform us as soon as possible by replying to your active request or opening a new ticket. It is not possible to reactive or restore server files of a canceled server, so make sure to create a backup of your data before filing the Cancelation Request.
