Technical support

You will answer support tickets, help resolve technical issues and debug errors for our customers.

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Have a stable internet connection.
  • Have the ability to communicate with others.
  • Be able to use Slack for remote communications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Minecraft servers, plugins and modpacks.
  • Be capable of working alone and taking responsibilities. We're a small team so everything you do and say has an impact.
  • Strong understanding of English grammar and mechanics
  • Familiarity with Multicraft and Minecraft, as well as related problems and solutions.
